Create courses for uDemy: This is something we are currently working on.

If you have a skill that can be taught, you may be able to turn it into a marketable course via uDemy.  Can you make a decent quality video and write a readable text to accompany the video?

If you can, then uDemy may be just right for you.  You create a course. Once the course is created, uDemy will review it and, if approved, you will be able to sell the course for whatever price you set.  uDemy takes a small fee out of the tuition you charge.  They handle all of the collection of the money and fee processing.

You need to be available for your students to contact you with any questions.  Also, you need to respond to their questions or concerns in a timely manner. Other than that, for the most part, it is a passive income. 

If you have explained things well, there should be few questions.  If you are clear and concise with your writings and videos, your students will be happy and so will you.
