One possible source of additional income is creating gift
baskets.
Often people are looking for a special gift for that person
who is very hard to shop for. Maybe they
need a shower gift for a mommy-to-be.
You could find a bassinette and fill it with baby essentials
like bibs, cloth diapers, pacifiers, burp pads, rattles, t-shirts, onesies,
etc. Throw in a few pink and blue streamers and you have a great gift basket.
For the golfer on your list, you can get a few golf gag
gifts, throw in a few golf balls, tees, golf towels, a visor, and a few other
essentials and the customer with a golfer on their list is all set.
Related to gift baskets is cake decorating. Back when we were first married, Suzanne took
a Wilton Cake Decorating Course She could
create some very amazing cakes.
Back at the time, Western Auto was introducing a new flag
logo. Suzanne was able to
recreate the
logo on a cake. It was a big hit. With a little skill, which will be developed
through trial and error, a person can create some amazing cakes.
Corporations, clubs, and other organizations, as well as
individuals, are often looking for ways to spice up a meeting, shower, or
event. A personalized cake will do the
trick.
Hopefully this post will help inspire you to find other ways
to add to your income.
